I took in to mean: 'five words with repeating pairs of letters.' double letters, Pairs. PP LL etc... The hint seems a bit misleading.

I have zero idea what the last number is supposed to represent. I have (Spoiler) Just for the hell of it. I used all 9 numbers for the last number... Nothing works. So what's the answer?!?!?

My eyesight is not the best not to mention that I only can see out of one eye. So I have no idea what I'm suppose to see. Is it suppose to be letters? I rotated the page 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees. I see nothing.
