Hint 1:

Density?

Hint 2:
Arrange the liquids by their density to get the code.

  • I’m stuck :( Searched online for equivalent densities but it doesn’t seem to work either forwards or backwards. It is a numerical code right?

  • You are on the right track. Double check that you have the right sequence.

  • Start from the top (lightest) to bottom (densest). Google Images has some great examples of the experiment to help guide you...

  • What units are you using? How many significant figures? What separators (if any) are you using?

Don't worry about exact units or significant figures, this puzzle is about the density of each liquid when placed on top of each other.

  • I am completely stuck on this one. I understand about the densities and putting the lightest on top and heaviest on bottom, but what am I entering as a code? Is it the densities of each one in order? If so, how many digits do I use for each? Or have I missed the boat completely here?

  • The number on each test tube.
