I can't get a word that works from the letters left. Do I line the cards up by corner or in the middle?

It seems quite easy really. I've put the cards in the right places and the right way. I'm left with a 6 letter word. However, it says it's incorrect!

Should be left with 8 letters...

You have to somehow match up the sims with them facing towards you not the book page. That’s the only way they are in the correct position.
